TUR5403 is a 5 bedroom vacation villa that sleeps 10 person.

A bright 5 bedroom home with large private pool and spa, conveniently situated on the peaceful Tuscan Ridge community.

There is plenty of room to stretch out in this home with two living areas - perfect for adults and children to have their own space.

The main living area is located at the rear with plenty of comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the large screen TV.

The kitchen area is a good size and has everything you may need to cater for your group. There is a breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen or a separate dining area with solid wood table and chairs for family meals.

The private pool deck wraps around the home and features a larger than average pool together with bubbling spa. BBQ rental is available at an additional cost - Pool heat not available.

There is a table and chairs under a covered shady area, and loungers for spending a full day by the pool. A large lawn area also spans across the rear of the property.

The master bedroom is located downstairs with walk-in wardrobe and luxurious ensuite with double sinks, garden tub, shower room and separate toilet.

Upstairs there are two Queen bedrooms, plus two twin rooms for the children.

The Tuscan Ridge community is just off Hwy 27, located around 20 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal. There is a Publix supermarket nearby plus plenty of shopping and dining options within driving distance.

Terms and conditions
• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
