HIR4229, a delightful 4 bedroom home located on the popular Highlands Reserve community. Backing onto luscious conservation greenery, This vacation home is the perfect place for your Florida getaway.

The bright living area has plenty of comfortable seating and large TV with cable services. The space leads out to the generous pool deck which faces west. Around the pool and spa there are a number of loungers to enjoy the sunshine, plus a table and chairs under a covered shaded area. There is even a BBQ provided for guest use.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and utensils you may need to cater for your group. There is a breakfast nook as well as formal dining area for enjoying meals. 

The sophisticated master bedroom has a kingsize bed plus ensuite with double sinks and walk-in shower. There are two well-presented queen bedrooms with plenty of storage.

There is a further bedroom with a full and twin sized bed. All bedrooms have their own TVs. High quality towels and linens are provided, together with washing and drying facilities.

There is also a games room which includes a pool table, ping pong, air hockey table and darts board. You will never want to leave this fantastic vacation home!

Highlands Reserve is a prestige golf & country club excellently located on Hwy 27, close to all the shops and restaurants along Hwy 192, and I4 which connects you to all Orlando has to offer as wells as the gulf coast beaches. Disney World is just 15 minutes drive. Set amongst the peaceful championship golf course, guest facilities include community pool, tennis court, children’s playground and golf clubhouse.

• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.

Hello,
We had a lot of fun! Was a nice relaxing weekend for us which is what we needed for sure. Very nice villa and convenient to everything we did or thought about doing. It was a little bigger than we needed but there was supposed to be more people going at first but it was still awesome. The ONLY con that we found well my mom found was that there is no railing to get into the pool or the hot tub. She is older and I have a leg issue and it was hard for us to get in and out of the water but other than that it was awesome! Thank you for letting us stay at your villa.
The ONLY reason I gave the pool a 9 is because there was no railing and was a little unsafe but other than that the villa is awesome and I loved that you allowed me to take my ninja foodi grill!
