A bright and fresh pool home with all new furniture throughout. Featuring a west facing pool deck, the home is located in the gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake.
The spacious open plan living area is at the center of the home and looks out to the screened in pool deck. Comfortable sofas and large screen TV create a inviting place to come together and relax. High speed internet is provided.
The generous kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar as well as a dining table and chairs.
Or why not dine outdoors under the covered shady area overlooking your own private pool? The deck is fully screened in and faces west to the Florida sunshine right until the end of the day. The pool wraps around the home and can be heated at an additional cost. There are some comfortable loungers to ensure you can spend a full day enjoying the outdoors.
The master suite is located at the rear of the home, also with access to the pool deck. It features a kingsize bed, walk-in closet and ensuite with double sinks, garden tub, shower and separate toilet.
There is a children's bedroom the little ones will love including a single and bunk bed with themed bedding. There is a sophisticated queen bedroom, also with access to the pool deck and an ensuite bathroom. A further room with full size bed is located at the front of the home.
There is even a game area with Star Wars arcade machine and large screen TV with Playstation games console.
No garage access. Pack n play, stroller and high chair as well as printer available for guest use.
The gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located just off Hwy 27. You are conveniently situated close to a large WalMart Supercenter and the Posner Park shopping area. The home is 25 minutes drive to Disney, 40 minutes to Universal and 15 minutes to Legoland. There is a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by, as well as the Southern Dunes golf course 2 minutes away. Calabay Parc is built alongside a large lake, and offers a fishing pier out over the water - a great spot to watch the sunset after a fun-filled day.
