Overlooking the lake, this beautifully presented 5 bedroom pool home is well-located in the Hampton Lakes community, just 15 minutes from Disney.

The spacious living area is decorated in a contemporary style and has plenty of comfortable seating. There is a large TV with cable services and DVD player, together with high speed internet, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The space opens out onto the south-west facing pool area. You can easily spend a day by the pool, with plenty of sun-loungers plus table and chairs for dining outside under a large shady umbrella. Why not enjoy a BBQ with the grill provided and watch the sun set over the lake? Pool heating is available - please inquire when booking.

The large kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family and includes breakfast bar seating for adults and children. There is also a bright formal dining area for family meals.

The king-size master bedroom is on the ground floor and is decorated in soothing colors with a beach theme. The bedroom has a generous ensuite including double sinks, bathtub and shower, together with walk-in wardrobe.

There is a second master bedroom with king-size bed downstairs, an ensuite including walk-in shower, both themed with florida palm tree décor. There are two twin bedrooms upstairs, perfect for the children, which share a bathroom. One bedroom brings the magic of Disney presented in a Mickey and Minnie theme; the other takes you out to sea in a fantastic nautical theme. The final bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and brings a touch of Parisian glamour.

Don’t forget about the games room! A full size pool table and air hockey table ensure you’ll have hours of fun. A washer and dryer is included for guest use, as well as security safe, plus free calls within the US.

Hampton Lakes is a popular community boasting shimmering lakes and extensive lawns. Guest facilities include tennis courts, beach volleyball court and children’s playground. The community is located on Hwy 27 in between Hwy 192 and I4. Disney World is just 15 minute drive, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
