This is a gorgeous, brand new, Orlando vacation home in one of the best locations in the area, Aviana Resort, Orlando in Davenport. This 5-bedroom with 3 bathroom vacation rental sleeps up to 10. Your fun begins the minute you open the door! All this and you walking distance to the clubhouse where you can enjoy the zero entry pool, hot tub, volleyball court and use the business office for computer access. This is the only home with a beautiful veranda overlooking the clubhouse and gated entry.

The kitchen is a large full sized kitchen that you'll find fully equipped to make money saving meals at home. The kitchen is just a beautiful place to make your meals with granite countertops.
