A fresh newly updated 3 bedroom pool home with games room, located on the peaceful gated community of Westridge.

The property has been furnished to a high standard to offer a contemporary home for your Florida vacation. The living room is located at the rear of the home overlooking the pool deck. There is an elegant yet soft comfortable sectional sofa to stretch out and relax. Enjoy a movie or watch cable TV on the large screen television. High speed wifi is also included.

Leading out to the south-west facing pool deck, your private outdoor space enjoys sunshine all afternoon. The freeform pool is the perfect place to cool off - or request pool heating during the cooler months. There is plenty of seating and loungers to spend a lazy day by the pool, including a table and chairs under a covered shady area.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a bright breakfast area at the front of the home, perfect for a quick bite before heading out for a fun-filled day. Enjoy a family meal together at the main dining table that seats six.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, plus walk-in wardrobe (with safe) and ensuite bathroom offering access to the pool deck. There is a delightful queen bedroom and nautical themed twin room - both with their own televisions. These two rooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The games room is a great place for those of all ages to enjoy with a ping pong table and foosball. Plenty of towels / linens are provided, and there is a laundry area in the home with washer and dryer for guest use.

The gated community of Westridge is conveninetly located just off US Highway 27 with close proximity to an abundance of shops, restaurants and a large Publix supermarket. All the main attractions are in easy reach, with Disney only 20 minutes drive and Universal 35 minutes drive.

The community is a popular resort for vacations and offers a large swimming pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball and soccer pitch plus children's playground. The clubhouse has lounge spaces and fitness facilities.

• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
