History of the property

The land was bought in the eαrly 80s and the house was first built in 1985 as a 4 bedroom house. In 1995 it was expanded to 6 bedrooms villa with second kitchen and second living room .
In 2010 there was a renovation of the villa and a remodelling of the garden, at this renovation the swimming pool was added as well.

On December 2015 the villa is renovated again and expanded even more, having now 2 more bedrooms and 3 more bathrooms added overall. Now the villa is really big reaching an accomodation capacity to 18 people in total.
